CrossEyes Software Support Subscription

• Levit & James is no longer charging for support services for CrossEyes.
• We are working to release a version of CrossEyes which will function with Office 2007 and Windows Vista.  That version will be designated 4.0
• If you were a customer who had a current Software Subscription as of October 1, 2007, OR, if you purchased CrossEyes after that date, then you will be entitled to Version 4.0 AT NO FURTHER CHARGE, IF AND WHEN IT IS RELEASED.  You will also be entitled to any fixes which are released for Version 4.0, for the indefinite future, AT NO FURTHER CHARGE.
• When Microsoft releases new versions of Word or Windows, Levit & James will evaluate whether we can develop a compatible version of CrossEyes at that time.  If we do, and if we designate that version as Version 5, then we will offer it to our customers for an upgrade price;  we expect that the price of the upgrade will be LESS than what we would have charged our customers for SSS fees in the interim.
