CERTIFICATE EXPIRED MESSAGE

This page is for users who are having problems with expired certificates.
YOU ONLY NEED TO INSTALL THE .dot FILES IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES.

Step1: Download the software from our FTP Site (see links in table below).

Step 2: Unzip the file.

Step3: Copy the .dot file (Crosswords has 3 .dot files) into the Startup Directory of Microsoft Office.
       (You should get a warning that you are overwriting an existing file.)

For Office 2003, the default location is:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP

For Office 2007, the default location is:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12\STARTUP
