WITH VISTA AND OFFICE 2007 IN VERSION 2.1
Best Authority Upgrade Includes New Features
And Enhancements to Premier Table of Authorities Software
March 17, 2008 – Leesburg, VA – Levit & James (www.levitjames.com) today announced that its popular Best Authority product is now compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista and Office 2007. The software accelerates production and improves accuracy when building a Table of Authorities for legal briefs.
In addition to support for the latest Microsoft products, Best Authority 2.1 includes new ease-of-use features, as well as more formatting options designed for certain venues with specialized requirements. This release is the latest example of Levit & James’ ongoing commitment to respond to customers’ needs with enhanced versions of Best Authority. Version 2.1 is now available for download by registered customers.
Best Authority Product Manager Mr. Kenneth Pendergast explained, “This release includes a number of enhancements to the user interface that were requested by customers. The changes streamline use of Best Authority by combining multiple operations into a single mouse click. Also, certain formatting features which were only available in the Premium edition are now available in Best Authority Light.”
Best Authority comes in Light and Premium editions. Best Authority Light is designed for sole practitioners, small firms, or those firms which generate TOAs infrequently. Best Authority Premium is a full-featured Enterprise product that can meet the demands of any law firm or government agency.
