Prerequisites

• Speakers or headphones
• Windows XP or Windows Vista
• Internet browser
• PDF version Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.0 or higher (Click to download from Adobe)
• If you do not have Acrobat 9.0 or prefer an executable, an Exe version is also available.

Instructions

1. This download is from an FTP site. Make sure you have permission to download from an FTP Site. If you have a firewall or DSL, Internet Explorer must be set to Use Passive FTP.
2. Download ba101_pdf.zip (41 MB) or Download ba101_exe.zip (43.6 MB) It is best to save these files on your machine for viewing.
3. Unzip ba101_pdf.zip to extract BA101.pdf or unzip ba101_exe.zip to extract BestAuthority101.exe.
4. The tutorial is a file you store on your machine. It will not appear in your start menu. To run the tutorial, just double click on the BA101.pdf or BestAuthority101.exe.
