Required Info:
- Operating System (Supported platforms: Windows XP and Windows Vista)
- Version of MS Word (Supported versions: 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007)
- State the exact problem
- Does this happen on only one machine?
- Is the problem with one document or any document? If it is with a specific document, attach that document to the email message if possible. Otherwise, if possible, send any document that exhibits the problem.
- If you are getting an error message, then give us the exact message, and the steps you did to create the problem.
