This tutorial contains
- a quick review of startup and scan
- a 45-minute step-by-step tutorial, showing how to proof and edit a brief to create a Table of Authorities using the Basic Tools of Best Authority’s Advanced Feature Set.
You will learn how to:
- fix errors in the document
- use Toolbar Buttons to make changes to the TOA
- add entries to the TOA
- remove entries from the TOA
- change the text of the citation in the TOA, but keep it the same in the brief
Single User
- Select either the BA101.pdf (41 MB) or BestAuthority101.swf (43.6 MB) to download. The PDF verion requires Adobe Acrobat 9 or above to run the Flash content.
- It is best to set up a folder for Best Authority tutorials, so you can easily remember where to locate them on your machine or network. To run the tutorial, just double click on the BA101.pdf. The swf (flash files) can be run as separate chapters or from the main BestAuthority101.swf file.
